Courteous service, exceptionally pleasant personnel, stunning design. The American breakfast was sensational, staff offered bacon, bangers, cheese and pastries. Our room was very nicely furnished and had a luxurious bathroom. The music bar in the hotel had lots of fine beers and coffee throughout the day.

Everywhere was spotless, staff were hard-working, big bed. Delightful view of canal. Plenty of food at full English breakfast including bangers, bacon, pastries and cheese to order.

best staff, comfy bed and very clean rooms. the location is very central. don't forget to dine at pithari, it's within 5 minutes walk or so, we loved it. hotel's barman is one of the top employees!
